Job summary

Co-op are reshaping their Digital, Technology and Data function and seek a Lead Product Manager for Power Platform. You will set vision and roadmap, lead product development from discovery to delivery, and work across technology, design and business to deliver customer value.

Hybrid in Manchester with flexible arrangements, you’ll influence strategic decisions and build strong cross-team partnerships. You’ll lead a team of engineers, leverage customer insights, and drive measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience defining product strategies for complex platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product teams.
• Strong understanding of low-code and automation technologies.
• Knowledge of Power Platform components and capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Power Platform products and capabilities across teams.
• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for Power Platform products.
• Balance customer needs, business priorities and technical factors in decisions.
• Oversee product lifecycle from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Use insights to identify opportunities and prioritise improvements.
• Maintain a well-prioritised backlog focusing on high-value work.
• Measure product performance and inform future investments with data.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and cross-functional partners.
