Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Power Platform to define the vision, strategy and roadmap across our digital products. You will lead, coach and align cross-functional teams to deliver automation, AI-enabled solutions and enhanced business productivity.

You will shape product direction, partner with design, engineering and business stakeholders, and ensure timely discovery through delivery while balancing customer needs and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of Power Platform products and capabilities.
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for Power Platform products.
• Work closely with stakeholders to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery, ensuring your product delivers meaningful outcomes.
• Use customer insight, feedback and data to identify opportunities and prioritise product improvements.
• Manage and maintain a well-prioritised product backlog, helping teams focus on the highest-value work.
• Measure product performance and use evidence and insights to inform future decisions and investments.

Lead Product Manager - Power Platform

£63,000 - £73,000 plus private healthcare, pension with up to 10% employer contributions and many more great benefits (Work Level 5)

We're looking for Lead Product Managers to join our Product team and help us shape the products and platforms that enable business productivity, automation and innovation across our Co-op through Microsoft Power Platform. You'll set the vision, strategy and direction, leading product development from discovery through to delivery and working closely with colleagues across technology, design, delivery and the wider business to create solutions that meet customer needs and deliver value for Co-op.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and evolution of Power Platform products and capabilities, helping teams across Co-op deliver process improvements, automation and AI-enabled solutions in a secure and well-governed way
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for Power Platform products
• Work closely with stakeholders to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations when making product decisions
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery, ensuring your product delivers meaningful outcomes
• Use customer insight, feedback and data to identify opportunities and prioritise product improvements
• Manage and maintain a well-prioritised product backlog, helping teams focus on the highest-value work
• Measure product performance and use evidence and insights to inform future decisions and investments
• Build strong relationships across product, engineering, design and business teams to drive collaboration and alignment
• Lead, coach and develop a team of dedicated engineers

What you'll bring

• Significant product management experience, including defining product strategies and leading complex products or initiatives
• Experience working with low-code platforms, automation products or enterprise technology platforms,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or automation technologies
• Experience leading, coaching and supporting the development of a team
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across a range of teams and seniority levels
• Experience using customer insights, research and data to inform decisions and prioritise work
• The ability to translate business goals into clear product outcomes, roadmaps and measurable objectives
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences
• An understanding of agile ways of working and experience working in cross-functional product teams
