Job summary

Co-op Digital is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Power Platform in Manchester. You will set the vision, strategy and roadmap, leading product development from discovery to delivery, and collaborating with technology, design and business teams to create valuable, scalable solutions.

You’ll influence strategic decisions, shape product direction and drive outcomes for customers, members and colleagues while working in a hybrid model between home and office.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience defining product strategies and leading complex products or initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and seniority levels.
• Experience translating customer insights into product priorities and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of Power Platform products and capabilities across Co-op.
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for Power Platform products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Use data to identify opportunities and prioritise product improvements.
• Maintain a well-prioritised backlog for high-value work.
• Measure product performance and inform future investments.
• Build relationships across product, engineering, design and business teams.
• Coach and develop a team of engineers.
