Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Lead Product Manager in Manchester to shape Power Platform products and drive automation, strategy and value across the organisation. You will set vision, lead discovery to delivery, and work with technology, design, and business teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

You’ll influence strategic decisions, lead a multidisciplinary team, and own product roadmaps while aligning with corporate priorities and governance.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience defining product strategies and leading complex products.
• Experience with low-code platforms, automation products or enterprise technology platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or automation technologies.
• Experience leading, coaching and supporting the development of a team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams and levels.
• Experience using customer insights, research and data to inform decisions and prioritise work; ability to translate business goals into clear outcomes, roadmaps and measurable objectives.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
• Understanding of agile ways of working and cross-functional product teams.

We're looking for Lead Product Managers to join our Product team and help us shape the products and platforms that enable business productivity, automation and innovation across our Co-op through Microsoft Power Platform.

You’ll set the vision, strategy and direction, leading product development from discovery through to delivery and working closely with colleagues across technology, design, delivery and the wider business to create solutions that meet customer needs and deliver value for Co-op.

What you’ll do

• Lead the development and evolution of Power Platform products and capabilities, helping teams across Co-op deliver process improvements, automation and AI-enabled solutions in a secure and well‑governed way
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for Power Platform products
• Work closely with stakeholders to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical considerations when making product decisions
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery, ensuring your product delivers meaningful outcomes
• Use customer insight, feedback and data to identify opportunities and prioritise product improvements
• Manage and maintain a well‑prioritised product backlog, helping teams focus on the highest‑value work
• Measure product performance and use evidence and insights to inform future decisions and investments
• Build strong relationships across product, engineering, design and business teams to drive collaboration and alignment
