Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Lead Product Manager in Manchester to shape Power Platform products and drive automation, strategy and value across the organisation. You will set vision, lead discovery to delivery, and work with technology, design, and business teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

You’ll influence strategic decisions, lead a multidisciplinary team, and own product roadmaps while aligning with corporate priorities and governance.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience defining product strategies and leading complex products.
• Experience with low-code platforms, automation products or enterprise technology platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or automation technologies.
• Experience leading, coaching and supporting the development of a team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams and levels.
• Experience using customer insights, research and data to inform decisions and prioritise work; ability to translate business goals into clear outcomes, roadmaps and measurable objectives.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
• Understanding of agile ways of working and cross-functional product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of Power Platform products, enabling automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for Power Platform products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance customer needs and technical considerations in product decisions.
• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring meaningful outcomes.
• Use customer insights and data to identify opportunities and prioritise improvements.
• Maintain a well-prioritised backlog to focus on high-value work.
• Measure product performance and inform future investments with evidence.
• Foster collaboration across product, engineering, design and business teams.
