Job summary

Co‑op in Manchester is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the colleague computing experience across endpoint platforms, operating systems, application delivery and virtual desktop services.

You will own the vision, strategy and roadmap, leading product development from discovery through delivery and working with engineering, design and the wider business to deliver value for colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience defining product strategies and leading complex products.
• Experience with end-user computing products or services (endpoint management, OS, VDI, etc.).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the colleague computing products and services (endpoint platforms, VDI, workplace services).
• Own the product lifecycle and health of the EUC portfolio with clear priorities and investment decisions.
• Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for the end-user compute portfolio.
• Collaborate with hardware, service, cyber security and support teams to deliver a joined-up experience.
• Use customer insights and data to identify opportunities and prioritise product improvements.
• Manage a well-prioritised backlog and measure product performance to inform future decisions.
• Build strong relationships across product, engineering, design and business teams to drive alignment.
