Job summary

Booker is seeking a Lead Product Manager (12m FTC) to own and drive the Customer & Commercial product portfolio across customer propositions, sales enablement, loyalty and pricing. You will define the strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver programmes that create value for customers, colleagues and the business.

Based in the UK, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Booker and Tesco Group to balance customer needs with commercial priorities and shape the future of our products

Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategies and roadmaps in a complex environment.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and developing others.
• Track record delivering large-scale products or programmes with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Balance customer, colleague and business needs using data and customer insight.
• Strong communication and collaborative approach for a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Customer & Commercial Product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Build product capability and embed best practices across the wider team.
• Own and evolve customer-facing propositions, including sales enablement, loyalty and rewards.
• Drive innovation across personalisation, pricing and customer engagement products.
• Lead complex product and transformation programmes from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Develop compelling business cases with clear outcomes and benefits.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Design and business teams to deliver value.
• Use data and feedback to inform decisions and prioritisation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Ensure products consider security, privacy and governance.
