Job summary

Booker, the UK's leading food & drink wholesaler and part of Tesco plc, is seeking a Lead Product Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to define strategy and lead a cross-functional team. You will shape customer propositions, pricing and personalisation initiatives while delivering large-scale programmes that create value for customers and the business.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Customer & Commercial Product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Build product capability and embed best practices across the wider team.
• Own and evolve customer-facing propositions, including sales enablement, loyalty and rewards.
• Drive innovation across personalisation, pricing and customer engagement products.
• Lead complex product and transformation programmes from discovery through to delivery and adoption.
• Develop compelling business cases and ensure clear measurement of outcomes and benefits.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Design and business teams to deliver customer and commercial value.
• Use customer insight, data and feedback to inform decision-making and prioritisation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Ensure products are developed with appropriate consideration for security, privacy and governance requirements.
