Job summary

Booker, the UK's leading food & drink wholesaler and part of Tesco plc, is seeking a Lead Product Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to define strategy and lead a cross-functional team. We're looking for a Lead Product Manager (12m FTC) to lead one of our most strategically important product portfolios, covering customer propositions, sales enablement, personalisation and pricing. You'll be responsible for defining product strategy, leading a talented team, and delivering products and programmes that create value for customers, colleagues and the business.

Working closely with stakeholders across Booker and Tesco Group, you'll help shape the future of our Customer & Commercial products, balancing customer needs with commercial priorities. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence business direction, lead large-scale initiatives and make a meaningful impact at scale.

As a 12-month secondment, you'll have the chance to broaden your leadership experience, develop your product expertise and help drive transformation across our business.
