Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom seeks a lead Product Manager to oversee a small product team, including two Product Managers and a Data Quality and Analytics Engineer. You will decide what problems the survey software should address, prioritize them, and ensure adoption of shipped features.

You will collaborate with the data engineer to ensure clients can rely on accurate numbers in reports, set design and copywriting standards, and drive AI-enabled product work.

Job description

• Lead two Product Managers and the Data Quality and Analytics Engineer
• Decide which problems the survey software addresses, in what order, and what not to build
• Ensure shipped features are adopted
• Collaborate with the Data Quality and Analytics Engineer so clients can rely on reported numbers in the platform and reports
• Set design and copywriting standards for both products
• Define how the product team works and normalize AI and agents in product and data work
• Continue hands-on product work, including building prototypes, designing screens, and writing copy
• Start in the survey product team, with scope expected to grow as Edurio HUB develops as a second product
• Report to the Director of Product and Service

Requirements

• Experience owning a software product end to end, including deciding what not to build
• Experience managing or coaching product managers, or a clear reason why ready to start
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Already use AI and coding agents in own work and can explain how they changed working practices
• Comfort making decisions before evidence is complete and explaining the reasoning afterwards
• Useful but not expected: experience or interest in education, preferably in the UK or another English-speaking country
• Useful but not expected: experience with survey design or research methods
• Useful but not expected: comfort with data models and transformations sufficient to review a data engineer's work
