Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead Online Safety initiatives in London. You will drive product roadmaps, align data and AI strategies, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across the product team and partners.

You will mentor juniors, manage budgets, and ensure delivery value while promoting collaboration with stakeholders and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive product roadmaps and strategic frameworks.
• Support delivery of the strategic vision by identifying emerging needs and opportunities and monitoring OKR progress.
• Represent product work in cross-functional forums and enable cultural and organisational change.
• Support and align the Online Safety data and AI strategies with organisational goals.
• Manage the online safety product development programme across the product team, Online Safety Group and delivery partners.
• Coordinate resources, operational needs and cross-functional constraints for smooth product development.
• Build, mentor and lead junior colleagues.
• Engage internal stakeholders and communicate product strategy and desired outcomes.
• Build relationships to facilitate collaboration and advocacy for product initiatives.
• Manage project dependencies and solve cross-functional problems to mitigate delivery risks.
• Demonstrate product value through reliable, robust delivery.
• Use data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Implement user testing and methodologies to validate and improve solutions.
• Ensure robust metrics and KPIs measure product performance.
• Manage a project budget and ensure value delivery for product operations and deliverables.
• Contribute to the Online Safety data strategy and the integration of AI into tooling and business processes.
