Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of turbomachinery experience in gas turbine/aviation.
• Deep knowledge of aero engine modules and design components.
• Experience with non-conformance processes (DAR/PDG) and QA.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical and people leadership across design lifecycle stages.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers, drive delivery excellence, ensure outputs meet quality, safety, cost, schedule.
