Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant Technology – Aerospace, Aero Engine design, with base in Derby or Bristol, United Kingdom. You will interface with stakeholders and lead a team across the product development life cycle, production, and after-market services.

The role requires 10+ years of turbomachinery experience, familiarity with aero engine components, and strong leadership. You will drive technical delivery, mentor engineers, and ensure outputs meet quality, safety, cost and schedule

Qualifications

• 10+ years of turbomachinery and aero engine design experience.
• Experience on aerospace Rolls-Royce projects preferred.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of design artefacts and non-conformance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers across product development life cycle stages.
• Drive technical delivery excellence and ensure outputs meet quality, safety, cost, schedule.
• Mentor team, manage priorities, governance, and successful delivery.
• Collaborate across functions and liaise with customer authorities for non-conformances.
