Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley, employed by Mott MacDonald, is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to provide technical direction for water treatment and supply schemes within the Anglian Water @One Alliance. You will lead a team, ensure designs meet legislation and quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

You will mentor engineers, review designs, and contribute to capital projects; the role emphasizes alignment with the joint venture and the wider MM Bentley family.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent with demonstrable water-sector knowledge.
• Chartered status or being actively pursuing chartered status is preferred.
• Experience with water treatment and supply capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process design deliverables and ensure compliance with standards.
• Review mass balance, process sizing, and hydraulic calculations for projects.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers within the Alliance.
