Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience delivering lessons and leading whole-class learning within a primary school setting
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and the confidence to work independently
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet different year groups and learners
• Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to professional development and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide whole-class cover for SLT members during meetings
• Deliver PPA cover across the school to complete a full timetable
• Ensure continuity of learning and effective classroom management
