The role emphasises promoting independence, critical thinking, and teamwork among children, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and education across our nurseries in the North West of England and Scotland.

• Create outdoor learning environments that inspire and uplift.
• Promote the ethos of Nature Kindergarten to parents and visitors, fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Lead by example daily, delivering engaging outdoor sessions that spark curiosity and excitement.
• Participate in regular networking activities with other Nature Kindergarten Leaders to exchange ideas and best practices.
• Foster independence, critical thinking, and teamwork among children.
