Thrive Weston Village is seeking a Senior Lead Practitioner to assist the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth operation of the nursery. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory standards are met, and maintain high-quality care for children, while building strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be level 3 qualified or above and possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

About The Role:

The Nursery Third in Charge plays a crucial role in assisting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the nursery. This position involves supporting the management team in supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality care for children, and fostering positive relationships with parents and other stakeholders. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
