Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Outdoor Learning Lead to create inspiring outdoor learning environments and actively promote the Nature Kindergarten ethos to families and visitors. You will lead by example, delivering engaging sessions that spark curiosity and teamwork among children.

• Promote the ethos of Nature Kindergarten to parents and visitors to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Deliver engaging outdoor sessions that spark curiosity and excitement.
• Lead by example daily and collaborate with other Nature Kindergarten Leaders to share ideas.

About The Role:

As an outdoor Learning Lead, you will create outdoor learning environments that inspire and uplift. Actively promote the ethos of Nature Kindergarten to parents and visitors, fostering a positive atmosphere. Lead by example daily, delivering engaging outdoor sessions that spark curiosity and excitement. Participate in regular networking activities with other Nature Kindergarten Leaders to exchange ideas and best practices. Foster independence, critical thinking, and teamwork among children. Provide experiences that support children's development and give them a strong foundation for life.
