Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education in Pudsey is seeking a Lead Practitioner to create inspiring outdoor learning environments and promote the Nature Kindergarten ethos. You will lead engaging outdoor sessions, foster curiosity, and collaborate with other leaders to share best practices.

The role emphasises promoting independence, critical thinking, and teamwork among children, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and education across our nurseries in the North West of England and Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Create outdoor learning environments that inspire and uplift.
• Promote the ethos of Nature Kindergarten to parents and visitors, fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Lead by example daily, delivering engaging outdoor sessions that spark curiosity and excitement.
• Participate in regular networking activities with other Nature Kindergarten Leaders to exchange ideas and best practices.
• Foster independence, critical thinking, and teamwork among children.
