Harris Academy Clapham seeks an exceptional Lead Practitioner of Mathematics with a passion for outstanding teaching and high expectations for all students. The role focuses on leading teaching and learning quality, driving improvement, and ensuring rigorous standards across the faculty.

You will collaborate within the Lead Practitioner Team, contribute to policy, and support federation initiatives while modelling outstanding classroom practice and robust pupil tracking.

Competenze

• Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree, and ideally evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice and excellent behaviour management.
• Experience of lesson observations and delivering robust feedback.
• Experience of improvement planning and strategies to raise student achievement with evidence.
• Contribute to improving learning, teaching and curriculum quality.
• Proven track record of excellent KS3/KS4 results (and ideally KS5).
• Experience of pupil tracking, feedback practices, governors and multi-school settings.

• Lead and monitor teaching and learning within the Faculty to secure high standards.
