Job summary

Unity Practice is seeking a Lead Practice Nurse to join our four-site team across Haverhill, Long Melford, Lavenham and Glemsford. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, with travel between sites. You will lead and deliver nursing services, support the development of the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with valid NMC registration
• Proven experience in primary care
• Experience in managing a team

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and deliver a range of practice nursing services and be accountable for the nursing team on a day-to-day basis
• Foster a learning environment, supporting training and development of the nursing team
• Lead on ensuring nursing services are compliant with CQC and other regulatory requirements
• Champion and lead quality improvement initiatives within the nursing service
