Job summary

Henmore Health is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to our nursing team across Ashbourne and Brailsford sites. You will help ensure nursing services are safe, compliant with commissioning requirements and maintain a balanced clinical caseload.

The successful candidate will hold current NMC registration, have substantial general practice or primary care nursing experience, and be willing to undertake Practice Supervisor/Assessor training in

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and current UK professional registration.
• Significant experience in general practice or primary care nursing.
• Experience in supervising staff.
• Experience in long-term condition management, with understanding of QOF, accurate coding and template use.
• Willingness to undertake Practice Supervisor and/or Practice Assessor training per NMC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support across Ashbourne and Brailsford sites.
• Ensure nursing services are safe, consistent, efficient and aligned with commissioned requirements.
• Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload balanced with leadership duties.
