Unity Practice is seeking a Lead Practice Nurse to join our four-site team across Haverhill, Long Melford, Lavenham and Glemsford. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, with travel between sites. You will lead and deliver nursing services, support the development of the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality patient care whilst leading and supporting our dedicated primary care nursing team. This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday based across the Unity sites: Haverhill, Long Melford, Lavenham and Glemsford. Travel between sites will be necessary.
