An exciting opportunity for a Subject Matter Expert to join as Lead Performance Analyst at the market leader in clean marine technology, Silverstream Technologies.
Company: Silverstream Technologies was founded in 2010 to optimize fuel efficiency in the Maritime sector using air lubrication technology. The Silverstream System offers 5-10% net fuel and emissions savings, suitable for retrofit and newbuild vessels. This technology addresses decarbonization and operational efficiency challenges.
Location: London HQ, Marylebone or Chandlers Ford, Southampton Office.
Reporting to: Head of Performance
The Lead Performance Analyst will lead the technical performance team, overseeing prediction, validation, monitoring, and improvement of ALS performance. Responsibilities include establishing governance for core activities like performance estimates, analysis, monitoring, and R&D in performance.
