We seek an experienced Oracle Subject Matter Expert to join our Oracle Practice. This role involves collaborating with sales, solutioning, and advisory teams across EMEA, supporting clients in their digital transformation journeys.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Oracle sales pipelines to increase market share.
• Leverage expertise in Oracle Modernisation, Optimization, and Cloud to identify new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Build strong relationships with DXC account teams and partners, supporting sales efforts and pipeline development.
• Support lead generation and opportunity progression related to Oracle services.
• Contribute to regional and global Oracle sales plans and forecasts.
• Assist in developing compelling value propositions for client pursuits.
• Validate technical solutions and ensure delivery feasibility.
• Manage pursuit timelines and resource requirements.

Requirements:

• Extensive technical knowledge of Oracle and Oracle Modernisation (Application Transformation, Cloud migration).
• Knowledge of Oracle Applications, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and licensing models.
• Experience in Oracle consulting or as an ex-Oracle employee is highly advantageous.
• Strong consultative, solution development, and business development skills, capable of engaging with CXOs.
• Experience with large deals ($5M-$50M) and international clients.
• Ability to develop Oracle modernization solutions and offerings.
• Familiarity with program and project management methodologies.
