You will lead a team responsible for building, operating and enhancing privileged access across the group, combining leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver secure, scalable identity controls.

Qualifications

• Leadership of engineering teams.
• PAM, IAM or Identity Security expertise.
• Enterprise PAM design and operations experience.
• CyberArk technologies knowledge.
• Secrets management and privileged session monitoring experience.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS or GCP.
• APIs and modern auth (OAuth/OIDC/SAML/SCIM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve PAM services to secure privileged access.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on engineering.
