You will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Security teams to drive modern access controls, reduce standing privilege, and strengthen identity security across a major UK financial institution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in PAM, IAM or Identity Security.
• Experience delivering security platforms within large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for building, operating and enhancing PAM services across the Group.
• Provide technical leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver secure, resilient and scalable solutions.
