Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Technical Application Specialist in Privileged Access Management to lead PAM services, drive secure access controls, and align with IAM engineering initiatives. The role requires hands-on engineering leadership and collaboration with product, security, and architecture teams.

You will shape strategy, oversee design and implementation of enterprise PAM solutions, and help strengthen identity security across a major UK financial institution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in Privileged Access Management and Identity Security.
• Experience delivering security platforms within large organisations.
• Experience leading the design, implementation and operation of enterprise PAM solutions.
• Knowledge of CyberArk technologies.
• Experience with secrets management and privileged identity governance.
• Understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience working with APIs and modern authentication standards including OAuth, OIDC, SAML and SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team building, operating and enhancing PAM services across the Group.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams and platform consumers to shape strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver modern privileged access capabilities to reduce standing privilege and enable secure just-in-time access.
• Strengthen identity security across one of the UK's largest financial institutions.
