Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Technical Application Specialist - Privileged Access Management to lead the PAM services across the group, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership.

You will guide the design, implementation and operation of enterprise PAM solutions, reducing standing privilege and strengthening identity security. This hybrid role supports flexibility across Leeds, Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh, with a 35-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management or Identity Security.
• Experience delivering security platforms within large and complex organisations.
• Experience leading the design, implementation and operation of enterprise PAM solutions.
• Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, ideally including the CyberArk Identity Security Platform.
• Experience with secrets management, privileged identity governance and privileged session monitoring.
• Understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience working with APIs and modern authentication standards including OAuth, OIDC, SAML and SCIM.

• Lead a team responsible for building, operating and enhancing services that govern privileged access across the Group.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams and platform consumers to shape strategy and roadmaps.
