HOURS: Full Time (35 Hours)

Within IAM Engineering, we're transforming how privileged access is secured across Lloyds Banking Group through modern PAM platforms, automation and cloud-based security controls. As Lead Technical Application Specialist - Privileged Access Management (PAM), you'll lead a team responsible for building, operating and enhancing the services that govern privileged access across the Group. You'll combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver secure, resilient and scalable solutions that protect critical systems, support engineering teams and strengthen the Group's identity security capabilities. Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams and platform consumers, you'll help shape strategy, influence our roadmap and deliver modern privileged access capabilities that reduce standing privilege, enable secure just-in-time access and strengthen identity security across one of the UK's largest financial institutions.
