Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Technical Application Specialist in Privileged Access Management to lead a skilled IAM engineering team and shape enterprise PAM solutions. You will design and operate secure access controls, drive automation, and collaborate with product owners, security and architecture to protect critical systems at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management or Identity Security.
• Experience delivering security platforms within large and complex organisations.
• Experience leading the design, implementation and operation of enterprise PAM solutions.
• Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, ideally including the CyberArk Identity Security Platform.
• Experience with secrets management and privileged identity governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for building, operating and enhancing PAM services across the Group.
• Shape strategy, influence the roadmap and deliver modern privileged access capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams and platform consumers.
