Job summary

LA International is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to support a secure government-related programme in Bristol. The role focuses on Oracle HCM solutions, particularly ORC, and involves delivering design, documentation and functional delivery within a high-security environment.

You will gather requirements, craft HLD/LLD artifacts, support workshops, and ensure successful configuration, testing and deployment while maintaining strict governance and compliance.

Qualifications

Proven Oracle HCM experience with focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience documenting High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation or support programmes.
Active SC clearance or ability to transfer an existing clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide functional consultancy across Oracle HCM with focus on ORC.
Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
Produce High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
Support design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Conduct impact assessments and propose best-practice Oracle HCM solutions.
Assist with configuration, testing and deployment activities.
Provide ongoing functional support throughout the project lifecycle.
