Your role

• Seeking a skilled Oracle EBS UAT Tester
• Strong background in Oracle R12 Finance and Accounting modules
• Validate business processes through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure successful delivery of Oracle Financials modules: AR, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger

Your skills and experience

Essential Skills:

• Lead and execute UAT for Oracle R12 Financials modules including AR, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, GL, and Tax configurations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial business processes and develop detailed UAT test scripts
• Create and execute test scenarios to validate functional and integration aspects
• Support business users during UAT cycles, guiding testing and capturing outcomes
• Coordinate UAT activities with Functional Consultants, Test Teams, and Business Stakeholders
• Use JIRA for logging test cases, tracking execution, and managing defects
• Work with UAT Test Manager and Defect Manager to ensure defects are documented and resolved
• Provide status updates and escalate risks or blockers as needed

Mandatory Skills:

• UAT testing experience with Oracle R12 Financials
• Functional understanding of Oracle EBS modules: AR, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, GL, Tax
• Experience creating and executing test scripts for financial workflows
• Proficient with JIRA for UAT and defect tracking
• Understanding of financial processes and Oracle EBS functionality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Oracle Financials implementations or upgrades
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project environments
• Background in Finance or Accounting (education or work experience)
• Knowledge of other Oracle EBS modules beyond Finance
