Sogeti is seeking an Oracle EBS UAT Tester to join our Quality Engineering and Test Practice, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering impactful value for clients. The role involves hybrid working, combining office, client site, and home-based work, depending on role and needs.

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS UAT Tester with extensive functional expertise in Oracle R12 Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The role involves leading User Acceptance Testing activities, collaborating with business users, functional consultants, and QA teams to validate business requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Execute and support UAT efforts for Oracle R12, focusing on Purchasing and SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory).
2. Understand business processes and develop clear UAT test scripts.
3. Work closely with end users during testing to validate scenarios.
4. Prioritize and coordinate UAT activities with stakeholders.
5. Manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
6. Provide UAT progress updates to stakeholders.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of UAT processes and documentation standards.

Skills and Experience

Mandatory:

• Hands-on UAT testing experience in Oracle R12.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules: Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory.
• Ability to write, execute, and validate UAT test scripts based on real business processes.
• Experience with JIRA for test tracking and defect logging.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Proven experience supporting business users during UAT cycles.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Oracle EBS upgrade or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to additional Oracle EBS modules.
