Job summary

Clarehill Associates seeks an experienced Transportation & Installation Package Manager for Offshore Wind Foundations. You will lead the T&I package, from planning through construction, coordinating with developers, installation contractors and suppliers to ensure successful execution.

Role requires extensive offshore wind T&I experience, strong leadership and proven ability to negotiate and manage complex commercial and technical requirements across tender, contract award and permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience leading Transport & Installation packages for offshore wind.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the T&I package during construction.
• Foster partnerships between developers, installation contractors & suppliers.
• Ensure all technical/commercial requirements are scoped in tender materials and lead negotiations.
• Coordinate with the transaction team through to contract award and support permits/approvals.
