Job summary

Kent Plc is seeking an Offshore Wind Package Manager for expression of interest. The role focuses on delivering offshore wind packages across Owner’s Engineer and technical advisory scopes, with a hands-on lead across turbines, foundations, cables and substations.

The candidate will manage interfaces, ensure programme and budget alignment, and coordinate clients and contractors while upholding health and safety standards. Remote opportunities may apply in the UK context.

Qualifications

• Lead and coordinate delivery of the assigned package across offshore wind projects.
• Monitor project programme, budget and technical requirements.
• Manage contractor performance: progress, quality, risk and commercial aspects.
• Review design development for compliance with standards and certification.
• Identify and resolve interface risks across packages.
• Coordinate stakeholders including clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Promote and enforce health, safety and environmental standards.
• Significant experience in offshore wind or large infrastructure with major packages.
• Experience in EPC or multi-contract packages.
• Knowledge of offshore wind technologies and installation practices.
