AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Transport & Installation (T&I) Lead to own the installation strategy for major offshore wind projects. You will bridge engineering, fabrication, marine operations, and offshore execution to ensure safe, efficient installations across complex interfaces.

The role requires leadership across multidisciplinary teams, coordination of contractors, and a proactive risk-aware mindset to meet project objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the T&I strategy for offshore wind projects.
• Oversee lift studies, rigging design, and marine installation methods.
• Plan and readiness for offshore campaigns, vessel selection, and logistics.
• Interface with contractors, MWS, and installation partners; evaluate bids and scopes.
• Lead HSE-by-design and ensure compliance with industry standards.
