You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards and quality of care to support the Royal College of Psychiatrists accreditation.
With the transition to a Provider Collaborative Model for MBUs, there are potential future developments and changes in which you will play a key role.
This role involves working long shifts within the established roster, including working 2 weekends out of every 4-week period.
You will also be expected to undertake training in physical holding skills and be part of the wider unit rapid response team.
