About Early Years Ltd. is supporting a private nursery in Hammersmith & Fulham to appoint a Nursery Manager who will join from November 2026. You will lead the setting, develop your team and shape the daily experiences children receive.

You will provide confident leadership, ensure high-quality care and development opportunities, oversee EYFS implementation, safeguarding and nursery procedures, and coach practitioners to foster a positive, motivated team culture.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification or above.
• Experience as Nursery Manager or senior Early Years leadership.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge.
• Proven leadership and staff development.

Responsabilités

• Provide confident leadership to the nursery team.
• Ensure high-quality care, learning and development opportunities.
• Lead the implementation of the EYFS and uphold educational standards.
• Oversee safeguarding, health and safety, compliance and nursery procedures.
• Coach, support and develop practitioners to create a positive team culture.
