Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional nursing, operational and GP teams to ensure targets are met in line with guidelines.
• Provide care from history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis and evaluation of care with safe clinical decision-making.
• Lead nursing activities and act as deputy to the Regional Lead Nurse to maintain quality and standards.
