Operose Health is recruiting a Practice Nurse to join our expanding primary care network in London. You will deliver patient care across a busy GP surgery, support chronic disease management, and contribute to improved access and outcomes for local communities.

UK registered nurse with post-registration experience is required; experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations is desirable. You will work with the practice team to meet CQC standards and deliver compassionate, high-quality

Salary: Up to £42,000 depending on experience

Main Responsibilities

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
