Job summary

Hiddenwell is seeking a confident Nights Manager to lead our overnight Front Office operations at Ardencote Manor. You will supervise the Nights team and ensure a warm, professional guest experience through the night, with a strong focus on safety and seamless handovers to the day team.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will manage room status, guest information, and overnight processes while driving guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities across rates and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Front Office or hotel operational experience.
• Experience leading, supervising or developing a team.
• Passion for excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with hotel systems and handling financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office shift and duty management overnight.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences from late arrivals to requests.
• Coach and develop Nights team to maintain high standards.
• Manage room status, arrivals, handovers and overnight processes.
• Understand rates and promotions to support revenue and postings.
