Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent demonstrable experience in a relevant therapeutic discipline (SLT or OT).
• HCPC-registered with experience in SEN and autism.
• 1–2 years implementing therapeutic services in a school setting.
• Experience managing other professional groups and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to the school's therapy services.
• Oversee SaLT, OT, and Creative Arts Therapy teams and partnerships.
• Lead therapy referral pathways and ensure timely access and effective transitions.
• Manage the therapies budget and financial performance with SLT.
• Assess impact of interventions on pupil progress using data.
