Job summary

Forest Bridge School in Maidenhead, Berkshire, is seeking a Therapies Lead to guide and develop our multidisciplinary therapies provision for autistic pupils. The role combines clinical leadership with strategic impact, advancing wellbeing, communication and engagement across the school day and home settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified therapist (e.g., Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Therapist).

• Ability to collaborate with educators, families and external professionals.

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for a qualified therapist—such as an Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, or another allied health professional—with leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a leadership role. You will play a key part in shaping a strengths-based, person-centered therapeutic approach that celebrates each pupil’s individuality and supports their wellbeing, communication, and engagement.
