Eaton MSD Cheltenham is seeking a Lead Engineer to guide the next generation of critical control and data processing products. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, perform hands-on technical work, and coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure delivery on cost, schedule and quality throughout the lifecycle.

The role spans software, electronics and systems engineering, with emphasis on DO-178/DO-254 and ARP4754 programs.

Formación

• Degree educated in an engineering or science discipline.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
• Background in defence or aerospace industries and safety-critical development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the engineering development.
• Balance competing demands, assess customer requirements, and prioritise workload.
• Plan, coordinate and present at design reviews.
• Interact with non-engineering supporting functions and stakeholders.
• Author key project documents including Engineering Development Plans.
• Present project status to leadership and maintain product awareness.
