Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Supervisor/Manager to join a major civil engineering JV delivering HS2 works in Buckinghamshire. You will oversee MEP installation, manage the on-site subcontractor and act as the link between site operations and the project office.

Rail experience is not essential; candidates from building services, infrastructure, or complex projects are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex construction projects with MEP focus.
• Strong site-management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and interface with project office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the MEP subcontractor on site.
• Monitor installation activities, progress and quality.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and to project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP with civil engineering and construction teams.
• Identify and resolve site issues to protect programme.
• Provide progress updates to MEP Project Manager and office.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Maintain strong communication between subcontractors, site teams and management.
