Job summary

Carrington West is recruiting a MEP Project Manager to lead on-site MEP delivery across two buildings on HS2 in Banbury. You will manage the MEP contractor interface, ensure readiness for mobilization, and drive the works to align with programme milestones.

The role requires strong contractor-side MEP experience, electrical background, and knowledge of BMS/SCADA systems. CSCS is essential, with a long-term rolling contract and flexible start date.

Qualifications

• Strong MEP project management experience on-site.
• Contractor-side delivery experience essential.
• Electrical background preferred.
• Experience with BMS and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing the MEP contractor interface and ensuring mobilization readiness.
• Overseeing buildability ahead of construction.
• Managing pre-construction documentation and site readiness.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and project elements.
• Monitoring progress and keeping MEP works on programme.
• Managing sequencing and interfaces across the project.
• Supporting commissioning and resolving site issues.
• Collaborating with the wider project team for successful delivery.
