Job summary

Porchlight in Canterbury is recruiting a Network Manager to oversee the Live Well Kent & Medway (LWKM) network. You will work with the Area Manager to drive performance, quality, and service delivery across the LWKM network, ensuring front-line teams are aligned with aims and able to respond to changing needs.

You will monitor impact, gather insights from stakeholders, build strong partnerships inside and outside Porchlight, and lead risk and performance management to continuously improve user

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading community mental health or wellbeing services.
• Proven ability to develop networks and partnerships.
• Strong coaching and people-management skills.
• Experience working with governance structures and Area Manager leadership.
