Porchlight is seeking a Service Coordinator to support Live Well Kent and Medway. You will oversee referrals into the network, allocate caseloads across teams, and coordinate initial contact with referred individuals to ensure a positive experience for clients and stakeholders.

You will need strong initiative, excellent numeracy, and advanced IT skills. The role is on-site with a permanent contract and pro-rata salaries for part-time options.

Descripción del empleo

The Service Coordinatorsupports the delivery of Live Well Kent and Medway’s mental health and wellbeing services. You’ll have oversight of all referrals into the network, and support service managers with caseload allocation across the teams. You will oversee the initial contact with people being referred to LWKM, set quality standards and make sure that clients and stakeholders have a positive experience of the service. Good people and communication skills will be essential in this role.

You will need:

• Ability to use own initiative and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining an excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with those at all levels e.g., staff, individuals we support, diplomacy to deal with persistent and difficult callers etc.
• Excellent Numeracy skills
• Excellent knowledge of IT packages, including Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and the Internet
