Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Lead Mechanical Technician in Bristol to support a busy semiconductor environment. The role offers £41,500–£46,500 per year, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to mentor and lead the team.

You will read mechanical drawings, fault find, drive continuous improvement, and create SOPs. The successful candidate will mentor junior colleagues and help plan workloads to maintain efficiency.
